Graduate from learning to doing — with a safety net
You've done the learning. Now you want to do a real deal, but not alone. In this program the coach partners with you on one actual real estate deal as a joint venture. Typically the coach brings experience, contacts, and sometimes capital; you bring time, effort, and knowledge of your local market. The exact split is worked out deal by deal, because no two deals are the same.
This program is selective. The coach can only actively partner on a few deals at a time, so not every application is accepted. Some strong applicants are waitlisted until a spot opens.
Who it's a fit for
A good fit if…
- You've completed Teach2Invest coaching or a course (or have equivalent experience)
- You have real time to put in — touring, calling, and following up
- You're ready to move on a deal in the next few months
- You want an experienced partner, not a hands-off advisor
- You're comfortable sharing both the work and the results
How it works
Three steps

Tell us about your situation, your market, and what you'd bring. Every application is read personally.
2. Intro call
If it looks promising, we'll set up a call to talk through goals, expectations, and timing.
3. Structure the deal together
If it's a fit, we find and structure one deal together. Terms are worked out case by case, in writing.
